Unesco Green Citizens
Pathfinders For Change

UNESCO GREEN CITIZENS – PATHFINDERS FOR CHANGE brings to light new teaching practices that support sustainable development through emblematic initiatives, from the transmission of indigenous knowledge in Nicaragua, to rice farming methods in Japan, sustainable fishing in France, protecting the coasts in the United States, performing arts to change behaviors in Vanuatu, a tea plantation empowering local communities in India, a wall of vegetation in Senegal, a recycling school in Egypt and a program to safeguard natural and cultural heritage in Morocco. The exhibition was produced by UNESCO, Sipa Press and the Klorane Botanical Foundation. UNESCO GREEN CITIZENS has been displayed in 28 cities worldwide, including New-York (U.N. Headquarters), Brussels (European Parliament), Paris (UNESCO), and in four Morrocan Airports during COP22.
